As a full life cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, placing IT professionals for both permanent and contract openings in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. Must have proven IT staffing experience, an established network of technical relationships, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source candidates from targeted talent pools using multiple strategies including social media, our internal database and various other sources
  • Screen applicants to qualify them for open positions
  • Partner with Sales team in preparing submittal documents
  • Prep candidates pre-interview, debrief and coach throughout the interview process
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Drive transition process - request offer letters, assist candidates in resignation process, and maintain candidate relationship throughout the assignment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 - 3 years of current IT staffing agency recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of success (quota achievement, awards, recognition, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting IT skill sets, for example, development, infrastructure and PM/BA openings
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aggressive compensation plan: Agile provides the most aggressive variable compensation plans in the market which includes base salary, monthly bonuses, commission structure ranging from 5-15% on each placement, and annual bonus based upon company and individual performance.
